How do you ensure vinyl records are not damaged during shipping?
We use premium, double-walled corrugated cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Each record is reinforced with stiffener pads and bubble wrap to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.
What is the standard shipping time for domestic orders?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on the selected shipping method at checkout.
What is your return policy for opened items?
We accept returns on defective or damaged media within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for non-defective items, we can only accept returns if the record remains in its original, factory-sealed shrink wrap.
Do you sell original pressings or modern reissues?
Atlas Records carries a curated mix of both. Each product listing clearly specifies the pressing year, label, and whether the item is a limited edition reissue or a vintage original.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Yes, as soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
