At Atlas Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl or equipment isn't hitting the right note, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all vinyl records are secured to prevent warping or sleeve damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5 business days.
